These are qualifications that are related to specific jobs. They are usually practical qualifications where you learn the skills necessary for the job you want to do.

National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) are available at different levels from 1 - 5.  You can progress between the levels as you develop your skills and experience.

There are some work related qualifications that are offered by particular industries. For example if you want to work with horses you can take qualifcations awarded by the British Horse Society.
