If you have been raped or sexually assaulted, there are people who can offer you confidential advice and support.  It is important to seek medical help as soon as possible. You can contact your GP or your nearest hospital or young person's health clinic. 

Volunteers from your nearest Rape Crisis Centre or Victim Support are trained to give information and offer support and they can come with you to the police station if you feel able to report the incident. For further confidential information or advice try one of the organisations listed in the contacts section.
