Entry to Employment (E2E) is a training programme for 16 - 18 year olds.

On E2E you will:

• Be treated as an individual.
• Build on your skills and confidence.
• Get work experience or go on college tasters.
• Start working towards qualifications - you'll be surprised what you can do!
• Get help to plan and move on to your next step.
• Receive EMA.

Your personal adviser will be able to tell you more about E2E in your area.

If you are ready to start training and are waiting for an employer to offer you a placement, you may start on a Programme Led Apprenticeship. Here you will be able to begin the college based part of your training.
